Dark apprentice from the non canon darkside ending of the force unleashed vs Palpatine, Dark apprentice was the only perfect "clone" of the original marek i personally think that the starkiller u play in tfu 2 IS the original. Anyway The dark apprentice easily killed Kota, Han,Chewbacca, an army of rebels, and the jedi leia. VS sidious (ROTJ) who would win?

Emperordmb
Everything you have shown for the Dark Apprentice, Sidious could certainly replicate.

The Dark Side ending is non canon, however the Dark Apprentice is canon as he appears in material chronologically preceding the end choice. And sorry to rain on your parade, but Vader actually showed the Dark Apprentice clone the original Starkiller's dead corpse.

And enlighten me as to what part of this places him above Sidious.

You do realize that your light side/dark side choice does not affect what happens before it right?

Distant Thunder was also in TFU II's databank and was never labeled as non canon. The rouge clone (guy you play as in TFU II) also had a vision of him in the novel.

There is a difference between potential and actualized power. Otherwise Anakin would roflstomp everyone he went up against.

As far as actualized power goes, Sidious was more powerful than the original Starkiller by a rather huge margin.

But a segment of a Canon source that has not been deemed non canon shows the original Starkiller's corpse. Compare that with Sidious and Vader feeling his death through the force, TFU II Starkiller's lack of memories, his emergence from a cloning tank, and the ****tons of other clones and it becomes very obvious that TFU II Starkiller is a clone and the original is dead.

There was also Starkiller's uncaring attitude towards the Alliance (that Marek helped create) and Kota (Marek's former friend and teacher), except as a means to an end in finding Juno.

Also, page 22 from the novel:

Sidious beats this joker down like a disobedient hooker.

Nalaniel
Palpatine stomps.

The Merchant
Actually on the topic of Galen, I'd think a really great twist for a TFU III would have been that the Dark Apprentice, as the main villain of the game, is revealed to be the REAL Galen and Vader lied that the corpse he showed him was the real Marek. So in the end he successfully turned Galen Marek to the Dark Side.

I actually have a thread that goes along with the theory that Marek was a clone on the Empirical. The outfit in the Distant Thunder clips (his original) helps, since Marek died in his Jedi Adventure Robes, yet that wasn't shown to the Dark Apprentice.

As far as this this thread goes, absolutely. Palpatine is too far above either incarnation of Marek.
