Wolverine's skeleton weighs like 300 pounds (add that with everything else) and she tossed him like a rag doll, she is superior in both speed and close combat. She took a shit load of wolverine's attacks like they were nothing. Her HF is on his level I believe, with a simple charge they went 30 feet in the air.

What is stopping her from killing him?

Cap puts up a good fight due to having a shield, skill and strength, but he dies.
