The Ebony Blade
The Scarab
The Ka Stone
The Power Gem

I know that there are many others, but with the Power Rings I think that there are plenty items of power to discuss here.

The Power Gem. Absolutely no contest.

Mjolnir is more versatile but the Ebony Blade is more deadly.

Not too sure about the power of a single Ka Stone. So it may be up there as well.

I always wanted to see a comic run where the items of power actually took form. They did show that the Infinity Gems were actual beings once, but not sure if they placed a retcon on it?

Yeah, the PG is the only item that can legitimately boast infinite power.

To my knowledge it was never retconned.

I don't remember how they went from the Malibu universe back to 616 reality. Maybe Mr. M or Operator616 can fill in the blanks.

In Thanos' solo, Galactus acquires the space gem via an interdimensional portal from what is presumably The skeleton of Rune or the form which the space gem and the other gems took (the ones shown in Black September: Infinity). Which means this portal reached into Malibu universe (or to whatever location the gem was scattered to):

He then acquires the soul gem from Warlock through his minions, (in Warlock's '98 mini, we already see it with him, a 2007 Marvel Legacy handbook clarified that Warlock acquired the gem while returning from the Ultraverse, which is a bit confusing since at the end of Black September Infinity iirc, we see them all scattered after Amber went back in time and prevented the Nemesis Waves) and acquired the rest of the gems off panel. He most probably obtained them the same way he obtained the space gem, an interdimensional portal.

It's pretty powerful. The Sphinx woman completely warped reality with it, in New warriors v1 (this is from issue #12):

Note, that the arc seems to mostly indicate that her changing history is limited to the planet, but later on, we do have issue #47, for one, referencing that story-line and confirming that she re-created "all reality":

So you might want to rethink your ratings.

Also, based on the encounter between Sphinx and Galactus in FF #213, we know that Galactus is above it.

In theory The Starbrand. But Marvel is holding it/him back since he is on a team and they don't want him to come off as op. The Power Gem would easily be a top contender as well.
