After defeating Ares, Perseus is caught in a time warp that places him on the SHIELD helecarrier. He has his sword when he confronts Captain America, who has his shield. Fight takes place a week after the events in winter soldier.

Who wins?

Percy Jackson would fair better. Clash/Wrath Perseus get his ass whipped.

He did take out Ares who is physically superior to Steve.

yeah, thanks to a sneak attack when Ares was distracted. Ares mopped the floor with him. Perseus had good durability, but he ain't on Cap's level in terms of fighting.

He beat Ares with god weapons, not through h2h. Cap would take him down.

He actually choked him out. and stabbed him I believe. But his hits were clearly hurting Ares and he was durable enough to take quite a beating from a guy several times Cap's superior.

Give Perseus his scorpion shield.

Cap has better strength, speed and combat feats.

Cap would eventually beat Perseus to Death, likely without ever being hit himself.
