For the avengers, any half decent telepath should do it

For the League , you would need someone with at the very least, lightspeed refelexes

I guess that it would be possible, if the telepath was powerful enough. I don't know if I agree with the light speed reflexes to take down the JLA though. Tyrant, or Synnar as he was in Hardcore Station wasn't moving at those kinds of speeds, so my guess would be someone powerful enough to tank anything that either team could throw at him, or her.

Majority of that team has telepathic resistant fts.

What character has shown FTL 'consistent' combat on the JLA? This isnt CBR my friend. We actually include comic showings and character personality when debating.
