This might be a dupe, but if so, I was done before Winter Soldier feats for Cap.

Battle takes place on a highway, there are are few cars scattered about.

Round 1:

-Cap gets shield

-Preston gets a katana

Round 2:

-Cap gets shield

-Preston gets twin guns

Round 3:

-Cap gets shield plus 9mm handgun

-Preston gets twin katanas and twin guns
