We saw Galen fight a Jedi that appeared to be above the average for a Jedi Master and he still made somewhat short work of him. He wins.

To be honest though, Rahm wasn't exactly losing most of that fight.

As a baby Galen was 'far more powerful' than his father and disarmed Vader, no average Jedi Master can stand against Galen once he is trained.
