Toby could. Garfield, not so much.

Actually I see Garfrield doing better than Toby. He's faster(casually dodged machinegun fire while falling),at least as strong if not stronger(casually caught a falling police cruiser, outright stopped a bus being pushed by a speeding big rig), and so on.

Law still might be faster though considering he didn't just dodge bullets, he had time to lean down and pick up a full grown person and put him in the bullets trajectory. Then he dodged pistol shots aimed at his head from point blank while holding 2 motorcycles.

And going by what we've seen, he hits hard enough to make Spidey feel his punches.

This'll be a tough match for the webhead.

I have to give that one up. I haven't seen ASM 2. Toby could though. Law would make him hurt. I say Toby and Law makes for further discussion.
