Both are in character for the fight and it takes places in the same area Raditz fought Goku and Piccolo.

Who wins and why?

Tough call. Raditz is clearly leagues above Big C in speed.

But durability and strength go to the mutant.

His energy blasts might do something, but Colossus has tanked some pretty powerful stuff in his career.

So much thigh...

I doubt Colossus is taking tons of mountain busting attacks to the face.

Colossus can give raditz a good fight if he could tag him. Raditz has the speed advantage and range capability. Raditz can take a hit and once he realizes colossus is a threat he will play the range game. When it gets toH2H I don't see colossus being able to hit him. He was dodging both piccolo and goku as they tried to hit him at high speeds beyond colossus capability.

Lol...Raditz stomps. The guy tanked a blast from Piccolo (moon busting Piccolo) and didn't flinch. The same Piccolo that destroyed a moon with ease. He is stronger than Goku that was a clear 100 tonner, even as a kid. So he is mkre durable and stronger than Colossus. Raditz wins this is the first millisecond.

Colossus is screwed.
