Who wins?

Luthor. 9-10/10. T-Spheres aren't powerful enough to handle a suit that can stand up to Heralds.

Take away Luthor's suit and T's spheres and it's much more interesting, but then Teriffic probably takes it decisively thanks to his superior MA skills.

I'd love to see these guys match wits in a comic.

Completely wrong. Pre 52 T-shperes took down Captain Nazi who is Captain Marvel level in strength and durability and easily "herald level", a hell of a lot more than Lex's suit.

There is also the fact that his T-mask will make Holt completely invisible to Lex's suits senses etc so how does he target him. They also can and have shown technopathic capabilities. Not to big of a stretch to say he jacks Luthors armor.

Pre-52 Terrific should win due to being invisible to everything but Luthor's literal eyesight. Also his T-spheres have hurt Captain Marvel, Black Adam, Captain Nazi, Alan Scott, etc.
