Who wins?

if IM can/could hack brother eye then he wins, other than that he loses

IM will stomp an Omac.

If he fight all of them, and assuming this is IM at his best, he can summon his armor drones to distracted Omacs while hacking the brother eye with his technopathy. IM takes this.
