Black Bolt can pull a majority or a split against all of them. He's just that good.

Or anything close to that in a comic? Don't see why he wouldn't be able to. Some higher end characters like Superman and Powergirl have resisted transmutation because of their durability, but I don't recall Black Bolt being on either of their levels.

Black Bolt has no-sold Maximus' mind control on more than one occaison, but Martian Manhunter should be a much stronger telepath than Maximus. Black Bolt's also controlled brains via controlling their electrons, so I guess it's possible that he can make himself immune the same way.

Black Bolt also has very high end matter transmuting feats of his own. Back in the day he was creating objects out of thin air, and casually making antimatter mid-fight. More recently, he threatened Jamie Madrox with controlling all of his atoms and colliding them together to see how many duplicates it would create (iirc, anyways).

I think he was also keeping up with spaceship travel in War of Kings, but I only vaguely remember that whole series. If so, it means blitzing's not gonna be a clear victory.

Supergiant more recently took control of Black Bolt pretty effortlessly.
