Gambit has his staff but cannot use his kinetic powers

So it's basically a physical fight?

Does Dick get his belt?

Is this basically Gambit with staff vs Nightwing with escrima?

Also Dick's physically stronger and hits a lot harder than Gambit and use his escrima to ricochet his sticks. He can probably KO Gambit from range if he wanted to.

Maybe, Gambit is superhumanly agile and possibly (very low) superhumanly strong; I wouldn't play the throwing stuff game with Gambit. Lol.

Dick already sent Batman for a loop with escrima, this was when Batman had Superman's powers.

That same throw would potentially kill Gambit.

Eskrima is the name of a martial arts style which last I checked doesn't actually teach people how to ricochet sticks. so his ability to do so would come from supplemental training.

Actually now that I think about it, Dick is probably a lot faster too.

Pretty sure Gambit has never owned a speedster in hand to hand or close quarters, especially one who was able to kill a Jay Garrick clone.

NW isn't faster, Gambit has some of the best bullet-time feats for a street level character.

Gambit wins. He is a high-end bullet timer ( deflect bullets, dodge then with ease, etc).

Gambit should still win.

If we're lucky they would end up killing each other.

Nightwing destroys Gambit.
