As in Dr. Manhattan? He is invincible. You can't defeat him through conventional means. He can re-spawn after being disintegrated, BFR you, make clones of himself, ect.

You need like a Q Continuum member, cosmic-level threat, or a God-like being(Bruce Almighty) to have a prayer.

He is a basically a god.

TI, I need for you to present a setting and/or scenario for this versus match, else I will have to close it since it doesn't adhere to MVF rule #6.

The monsters are invading earth, DCU. The only person around to stop them is the good Dr. Can he stop them all.
