Nope

All evidence suggests Nihl's better. His performances against Cade are consistently better, his force powers have been shown to be more impressive, he implicitly wounded Talon in a duel, and Talon didn't stop him when he claimed leadership of the One Sith after Krayt's death.

Yea. Talon's got some nice training and has some force powers he doesn't- she rip information out of an IK master's mind, and she's better at hiding her presence in the force, and she's crazy-agile when she wants to be, but he's the older, more experienced combatant and it shows. Better with saber and likely more raw force power too.
