The Heralds would beat them pretty badly. Any team with Superman, Thor, Surfer, and the Hulk combined is hard enough to defeat, The extras just make this a clean sweep. Morg with the power cosmic, and waters of life, is not a Herald at all, but more of a mid to high Trans.

Overmind has planetary level telepath. Nebulon fought a Defenders team as told to me by Guy222, Maelstrom can manipulate kinetic energy on a planetary level and use it for Super Strength and durability if he can do that to the herald team he would be vastly powerful. Supernova has withstood attacks of Quasar, Thor, Firelord, & Forgotten One with no damage and Kurse has beaten Thor & BRB at the same time. I don't think the team as the power to win. Kurse could alone take on Terrax, Thor, and even Ms Marvel alone.
