Cap and Luke met Batman and Cyborg for the first time 3 days ago. Now team Cap have 1 day of prep on Tony and his boys before there in NYC..

If you swapped Reed Richards and Luke Cage then I'd give Cap's team a chance. His intellect alone, along with one day to prep, would probably be enough to give them the edge.

they already have an edge, they have bat prep, element of surprise, plus the enemy team has namor, the flying fish stick.
