Depends on what equipment Peter has. Some of the tech he has access to would punch straight through Slade's armour.

But if they have similar equipment then Slade is going to take it.

Peter is half Spartoi, true, but that doesn't give him any advantages in this fight.

His current suit isn't all that, and with standard equipment DS punches straight through him.

Peter has the powers of a star and a lord.

Then Slade has the powers of Death (and Stroking, but Im thinking the Death power is more than enough here)
