Rogers' feats>Khan's. Physically, Bucky was at least comparable to Rogers and roughly equal in fighting skill, plus he has a bionic arm.

The supersoldiers win both fights. Didn't Spock's nerve pinch only work on a weakened Khan?

Id go with Cap and Bucky as well, but Khan and Spock will make them work for it.
