Marvel's Spectrum and Dc's (pre New52) second Ray.

Their powers seem fairly similar, with a few key differences that might swing things either way.
So, who wins a fight, and since both are said to travel at light speed, would they be evenly matched in a race?

The Ray.

Interesting. The Ray can't really be harmed by energy attacks and even put himself back together after an Anti-Matter blast.

I don't think either can hurt each other, but he can bubble her up in a solid light construct and let her just rot there.

The constructs are one of the differences i saw when looking at their powers.
