FORCE SABERS ALL OUT
carthage
No takers for this?
I don't think Sunrider is taking Lumiya's illusions.
NewGuy01
I think she is the best to deal with them, actually.

Maybe..
But not in the all out, she doesn't really have any dueling feats to prove she can hold up with Lumiya imo
Emperordmb
Lumiya's whip is kinda a wild card.
Stealth Moose
In the same way Kit Fisto's was?
Lol.
PTforthewin
Light whips ain't shit, Zygerrian slavers used them and anakin defeated many of the whip-armed Zygerrian slavers in Season 4
Emperordmb
I'm pretty sure the Zygerian whips are non-lethal though.
Nephthys
Nomi hits her with a Wall of Light off the bat and one shots her. Lumiya is painfully average in the Force.
PTforthewin
I would whip Lumiya with her own lightwhip in the butt.
The Merchant
Can't Lumiya use Dark Side blasts like Kun? Read some of the old Marvel comics and she actually did that.

Nomi can't just put up a wall of light herself against someone on Lumiya's caliber. She required aid from numerous Jedi to do it to Droma.
PTforthewin
Wait I thought you where a woman
NewGuy01
Caaaaaarrrrrllllll

The time he was force-severed it was just her.
The time with all the other Jedi was a prior occasion, when he was captured.

I'm aware. However:
Wall of light=/=Force Sever
Nephthys
They do the same thing.
DarthAnt66
Not really.
One is like stasis.
The other is well...sever.
Nephthys
Wall of Light blocks someone from using the Force, permanently severing them from it if you want to.
DarthAnt66
Interesting...I concede.
NewGuy01
She was only given the opportunity to cast a spell like that because Droma was emotionally compromised and not attempting combat, while Nomi drew heavily on her anguish to so completely sever him.
I doubt she'll be able to spawn a Wall of Light at the same time as fending off an attacker unless an opportunity is created. It's almost like my stance on Zannah's illusions, but even moreso in this scenario.
Nephthys
It isn't a technique that seems to require any more time to use than lightning or TK. Odan Ur used it on Kun no problem. If you think it needs time to use, prove it.
Likewise with Zannah, it directly states all she needs is a thought and a gesture so you're completely wrong there.
NewGuy01
What? Odan Urr just pushed Exar, then the latter murdered him.

"As he'd tried to teach Nomi Sunrider."
He used Wall o' Light.
ares834
Or it is referring to the Force...
Either way, it isn't referring to the sever force version as he uses it to push Exar Kun back.
NewGuy01
That clearly wasn't a wall of light, that was a Force Push.

I'm laughing at the fact that you needed to explain that.

"He reaches deep into the light, drawing on the bright power - As he tried to teach Nomi Sunrider."
Yeah, sounds like a Force Push. :I
For reference, this is right after he'd taught Nomi the Wall of Light technique. It's basically undeniable that he used Wall of Light.
