IMHO Galactus.

616 Galactus has gotten a lot of love in the past few years. Even without Hickman's idiotic "four planet buff", I'd still probably go with him winning.

Fully fed Galactus should definately beat King Thor.

Galactus eats the old fart

Buffet galactus no-sold multiple Nega Bombs going off in his face.

Then again the Annihiblade seems to be the kryptonite of godlike characters.

Galactus should stomp because he has much more feats.
