Tol Braga, he gave the HoT a tough fight plus he's a council member.

Braga.

I'll go with Vastor. He fought faster than Windu could perceive at times, covered a massive amount of territory on foot when he ran to fight Windu, withstood a boulder falling on him, and his shields can deflect Braga's lightsaber

He's faster and stronger.

Aside from pushing the HoT, and then letting them rearm themselves, Tol Braga's fight is much of an unknown. It was just another cutscene to show how amazeballs the HoT is when they're dodging computers and somersaulting all over the place, which is pretty much all of Corellia.

Braga's one of those people we're all told is great, but none of it's translated anywhere else. He was a pacifist before either way, Sedoru was the last champion of the Order.
