Ultra Boy is considered one of the big three, next to Mon El and Superboy.

But Wildfire has s pretty legitimate claim to top tier, and UB has the problem of one power at a time.

Both have beaten each other although Ultra Boy's win was more believable. I'd take Jo 6/10 here.
