Ah again I forgot he was never in the council.

Emperor Malgus wins.

Jadus was considered to be the most powerful sith in the empire after the Emperor.(Malgus included)

He is a bit featless but he is said to be stronger. This could go either ways.

But Malgus actually *was* the Emperor.

I mean he was sort of on the Council. After the death of Darth Baras, Darth Arho was his primary rival to take over the Sphere of Military Offense, with his death Malgus took control briefly to form his false Empire.

Also Arho should be talked about, he was Malgus' main rival, and is easily the hardest single player Republic boss lol.

I dunno. I've done the entire Makeb plot and Arho still takes the cake.

Arho isn't that bad if you're overgeared, which is essentially what the new updates allow. But yeah have u been to Oricon? Average mobs can be a living hell, I think the dread guard commander there was the hardest story boss i've faced.
