In no specific order:-

- Luke Skywalker
- Hero of Tython
- Yoda

The aforementioned 3 stand apart from all others, IMO.

The rest of the list is debatable. Some decent candidates include:

- Count Dooku
- Aryn Leener
- Obi-Wan Kenobi
- Anakin Skywalker
- Ven Zallow
- Ulic Qel-Droma
- Revan

Their are some other great Jedi warriors as well as per official hype factor such as Usma.
