In a nutshell you have Density manipulation, Energy manipulation, Flight, Non-corporeal energy form vs Invulnerability, Energy manipulation, Flight, and Precognition.
Both characters always seem more versatile than their power sets suggest though.
I basically flipped a coin and will go with SH.

Weird was potent enough to manipulate Dr. Fate's/GL energy. He's a pure energy being that is on par with top tiers.
