Look at it this way, per Gruenwald, any being that's not an ultra speedster or able to manipulate space/time is a statue to people like Runner. They are literally frozen in place unable to interact with the ultra speedster.

Is Mangog an ultra speedster? Can he manipulate space/time? If no, he's not touching Runner.

Now to the other side of the equation, does Runner have enough power to put down Mangog? We know he has enough power to put down a high herald and that's basically all we've seen from him on panel.

If he can't harm Mangog, it's a draw.

Hm...lets see what others think if they chime in.

Wha about a fight between professor zoom and the runner with the space gem?

Mangog wins by Runner self bfr or by being destroyed.
