Bane of any era would lose to Malgus, other than maybe Orbalisk Bane and even that's questionable

I'm not too sure on that, myself.

Malgus at this point has superior TK feats to Bane, he's faster proven off nexus, and is stronger and more skilled. Bane struggled with his incompetent teacher, whereas, Malgus as an apprentice smashed Darach while, slapping away massive ship parts, all at around the same age.
