No. Grievous improved throughout the Clone Wars. He was significantly better by Coruscant and ROTS than he was at the beginning of the war.

I agree with Emperor's conclusion that Grievous steadily increased in skill throughout the war, but I think you've begun to overrate how much.

Kit Fisto still has more than a valid chance of defeating LoE Grievous, albeit not as easily.

As for the fight, Team 2 by a significant margin.

By the time of the Battle of Coruscant, I'd put Grievous above all of the B-team members.

GG vs Kolar will take a while

Durge ultimately lost to Kenobi. He will to Qui Gon - Zallow duo.

Alternatively, Zallow or Qui Gon hold off Durge, while the other one helps Kolar to beat GG.

Either way, team 2 wins.
