Drain resistance is a conscious effort, you need to be expecting it to use it, at least, judging by how it's described.

So she could just drain Skywalker, he doesn't seem like one who's studied his history.

Kenobi's defense is nonexistent to a powerful force wielder like Traya, and Anakin isn't going to oneshot Venamis. Traya will kill Kenobi faster than Anakin may out Venamis
