Depends on the setting, see if Mundi's superior intelligence and battle strategy would come into play at all.

Alek should have a solid advantage here, I'd think.

Rewatched Mundi's fight with Grievous and it makes me respect him more.

Grievous moved fast enough to form a tornado with his sabers, and his striking speed is immense.

Mundi should defeat Malak with mid difficulty i'd imagine, Malak wouldn't press him like Grievous though

Alek would lose definitively. Darth Malak would probably win.

Yes, Darth Malak is entirely different story.

Alek began to improve significantly during the Mandalorian Wars, tap in to his potential properly.
