In Avenging Spider-Man, Spider-Man was able to use his spider-bots to infiltrate SHIELD's hellicarrier and subsequently turn off its power grid. He then has this thought to himself.

If his goal was to take out SHIELD, would he be successful or would they stop the Superior Spider-Man?

Not sure about SHIELD in general but he could've easily sank the SHIELD helicarrier.

Depends who is currently working for shield at the time.
