why people always say that starhawk is powerful

how powerful is he ?
could he compare to thor, Silver Surfer, wonder woman, beta ray bill, Orion or Big Barda

He stalemate Keeper who is Surfer with the Quantum Bands, and did really well against Korvac.

Outside of those he isn't too impressive though imo.

he lasted to one of the last guys against korvac but he didn't really do anything of note. vision was also one of the final 4.... he did ok against keeper, but so did the rest of the gotg. keeper was never what he should have been.....

basically, he has a couple decent feats (he was pretty inconsistent through that whole gotg run) but no, he is not in the league of thor and ss. i'd say bill and orion beat him for a solid majority as well. ww and barda are tougher to call but i don't see him sweeping them, especially not diana who could def take a few. he's a low-mid herald and that's as far as he goes.
