DD possessed by a demon, basically. Stomped a team of including Wolverine, Shang, Iron Fist, Spidey, Elektra. Speed and agility amped to the point of making Spidey look slow and clumsy. Didn't even notice when Logan impaled him through the heart, and laughed off and ate Ghost Riders hell fire, along with Ghost Riders essence.

Superior Spider-Man wasn't really an upgrade in power, just a more brutal version of Spider-man with some new tech.

If anything he was a downgrade....he was weaker and had a fuzzier spider sense

Ah Shadowland was so awesome...

Cool part is - Spidey did better against Shadowland DD than anyone else in the story.

^ yeah, his spidey-sense gave him an advantage that no one else had.

Believe it was just his cloth suit

Just checked he wasn't even in his cloth attire, he just used a white sheet as a costume and underneath was normal clothes and he still punched Daredevil through a brick wall and made him spit out blood.
