Spider-Man thinks Batman just killed Aunt May and the gloves are off. Spider-Man is aware of who Batman is, what he's capable, and knows he has Taskmaster's abilities.

Batman however has Taskmaster's power. There is absolutely zero preparation and he only has standard equipment.
