Going with Malgus in a good fight. Kas'im has no force feats to suggest he can beat Malgus who hammered those massive ship parts away, and Malgus is a better swordsman than Bane was as of POD at a similar age.

Malgus, since apparently he's more dangerous than Darth Baras by this point.
