1) At what stages in their respected verses are these two equal combatants?

2) Physical stats equal (speed, strength etc), who wins in this match of skill and will?

Ikki at his introduction could probably lay out Takamura simply due to the difference in physical ability, so never.

Stats equal though?

Probably Ippo, I'd imagine.

Yeah, I'd agree with you on that, Nemebro. In both scenarios, though Takeda should still possess enough technique in scenario 2 to at least put up one hell of a match against Ippo.
