doubtfull, the comedian took a shit ton of hits and he wasnt at a optimum level for fighting. rorschach would fight dirty and probably break one of spidy's limbs. ozymandis would be smart enough to con or trick spiderman and a team up of the silk spectre and nite owl would definitly bring some pain, look how well they worked together in taking that gang of thugs, and how ruthless they were

Spidey solos this with no problem. His bullet time feats trump the holy hell out of Ozy's, so he blitzes the holy hell out of them.

Spidey is too fast for them to even touch him. And he's easily strong enough to one shot all of them holding back.

Spiderman rapestomps.

He is way too fast (plus has spider sense) for any of them to hit, strong enough that he could literally kill any of them with a single punch (morals off), and even if they did hit him, he is durable enough to tank getting hit by speeding vehicles and still joke about it on the phone. Not to mention the kind of hits he takes from his legitimate opponents in his films. There is no way the Watchmen are winning this.
