Herc is on another level. Actually he's like several levels above.

Herc is stronger but I think Cap is faster, more agile, and a better fighter.

This. Plus, Cap has better durability. Herc got knocked the **** out by a regular human and was able to be cut by regular weapons. Cap should be able to knock him out with a shield throw with morals on and with morals off, if he hits a shield throw like the ones he used against the Quinjett, Herc gets cut in half.

I would agree except Cap doesn't have his shield here.

Although I agree with the others I think Cap wins this match pretty handily.
