Only using the movies and TCW which of these two would win an all out battle? Since vapaad is now legends canon only, Mace either faced with Sidious holding back or disarmed the most powerful figure in canon.

Vaapad is in the RotS novel, you know. It's canon.

But going by movies only, and not their novels, Mace would probably win.
