They get 1 days prep and only get access to the weapons available in one of Punisher's warehouses. Shang Chi doesn't have Stark Tech but does have metal wristbands. Battle takes place in the same Chinese courtyard.

Gorgon doesn't have God slayer sword, just the sword he was using before using thatgodslayerthingy sword. In other word he gets an ordinarily decent samurai sword.

If they get a drop on him they'll bring him down as a team. A day prep for Punisher is more than enough to come up with something good. Gorgon can still win some because of the telepathy and the stone stare.

Blade cuts threw a normal sword and then he's screwed.

Gorgon has pretty ridiculous damage soak and HF, plus two of the three on the team are regular humans, and Gorgon doesn't hold back much. Even thrice amped, Shang Chi was relatively useless against Gorgon.
