Well Gotham stops dead at round 2, as for round 1 there aren't many real factors in Spider-Man villain side.

Electro shuts down the entire city and moves with the speed of a lightning and clears pretty much everything.

Mysterio causes some mass illusion to throw everyone off.

Sandman accumulates as much sand as possible (and grows Empire State Building big like in Superior Spider-Man Team Up).

Carnage takes over a shitload of gotham's citizens and later exchnages them with villains.

Rhino just stands next to Carnage to protect him in case anyone should find him before he gets everyone, which won't happen anyway.

The Spider Queen levels down everything with her sonic scream that one shotted Rulk and Wolverine at the same time.

Is this the DCNU League of assassins? They were beastly.

hmmm, i cant think of anyone stopping morlun honestly, maybe bfr or clayface stalemating him, but beating him, not sure
