Raph, Leo, Donnie, Mikey & Shredder

vs.

Cap, Blade, Nomak, Drax, Groot & Sabretooth

-fight takes in the room Blade and Nomak had their final fight
-no biting or blood leaching
-standard weapons for all
-KO of all opponents is a win

Give the TMNT Shredder to make it even.

But TMNT wins. Speed surpassing pretty much everyone on the Marvel team. Strength surpassing all of them easily, agility, etc... Skill is probably on par if not greater than Blade.

The only person they really have problems with is Groot. And even then he can just get cut down to size. After all a child Raphael carved a depiction of a turtle from a large chunk of wood in about 3 seconds, and we saw how easily Gamora removed Groots arms.

TMNT, but not easily.

The only reason the TMNT weren't shot to death was due to CIS, everyone who shot at them, shot almost repeatedly at their shells. So if Blade doesn't act like a retard, he could shoot them all dead via head-shot while his team keeps them busy.

Sabretooth and Nomak can only be taken out by Leo or Shredder decapitating them, as they'd just heal from the stabbing and blunt force trauma of the other weapons.

Im not seeing how anyone can beat Shredder here. His mini Iron Man suit not only easily withstands physical blows that surpass most of Marvel team, his strength is likely the strongest one here too, and his speed and skill is enough to take down four super skilled and super stats turtles at the same time.

The guy fell off a skycraper, landed in a crater, and was still alive enough to move his hand.

Added to this he has great weapons in the multiple blade projectiles that shoot forward and return in super boomerang like actions.
