Team 2 easily.

Katarn could likely take Zallow but I feel like Kenobi dies to either of team 2. TOR team wins

Nah, Kenobi could take Zallow. I doubt that Kyle could take Satele though.

Kyle could handle Satale and would probably lose/win i'm torn on that one. However Obi-Wan is much more skilled than Zallow.

If Obi-wan took on Satale, i feel Satale would be able to use her force prowess to her advantage. Kyle Vs Zallow would end with Kyle obviously winning. I'm inclined to give it to team 1. i feel that Obi-Wan could draw out his battle against either of his opponents and beat Zallow. while Kyle can do the same. so team 1 wins for me

Satele would beat either of team two, but Zallow would lose to either of team two. Hmmm...
