If you look closely at Wat Tambor's bodya rmor, the bulbous eyes resemble Darth Vader's bulbous eyepieces as well, leading me to speculate that the medical droids on Coruscant may have borrowed part of this technology and made modifications to make an unique set of armor for a human. Also Skakoan body armor allows Skakoans to breath, just like Vader. I don't think it's a coincidence.
