So who here is feeling persecuted?

I see some news travels slow on the internet.

Just out of curiosity, I don't really keep up with the feud (if there is one) between fox and marvel over x-men...I noticed few of the x-series are being cancelled is this due to poor sales or because of a major event coming soon or is it something else??
