Who wins?

Man Thing should win. Depends on where the battle is. In a area with little to no vegetation, Henshaw has this. In a area with lots of vegetation, then Man Thing easily.

Thing is Henshaw can feel emotions and that in turn can be used for Manthing to manipulate into fear which then leads to the burning touch. Also Manthing physical abilities would allow him to easily recover from attacks as long he has connection with the earth itself. Also BFR is out as Manthing has teleport ability through vegetation, as well portals.

So depends heavily where the fight takes place.
