OK, so most people are probably going to say Darkseid wins. But this is more about how you think this fight would actually go. What tactics and attacks would they use? How would they defend? How long would it last and what is the deciding factor?
To even it out a little, the scenario is:
1) Magneto has shields up at the beginning of the fight
2) Magneto has been fully briefed on Darkseid's powers, while Darkseid has no knowledge of Magneto's abilities when the fight starts.
3) Darkseid intends to beat Magneto within an inch of his life, and Magneto knows it, so Mags will not be holding back.
4) Fight takes place in Metropolis.
Bonus scenario:
Magneto also conveniently finds a wrecking ball made of adamantium which he can make use of.
