A. i think it is safe to say groots tear rate is incredibly higher then doc's strength factor

B. don't see octavius getting the chance unless its a long battle, doubtful

he casually ripped off a steel vault door and tore a metal clock hand in half with ease, among other things that are far above anything Groot did.
